Firefighter-to-Firefighter Messaging
Firefighter-to-firefighter messaging provides firefighters with easy an easy way to communicate. Firefighters can message the entire fire department, an individual firefighter, or a customized group.
Q-Hub
The Q-Hub is a place to store external links that are useful for firefighters. The links could include access to burn restrictions, smoke reports and more.
Polls
Polls can be created within the FireQ app (with permission) to let you engage with firefighters and collect opinions quickly and easily. There are three types of polls available:
- Straw polls.
- Secret polls.
- Anonymous polls.
Results are easily viewed and only those with permissions can view answers (results are not viewable in anonymous polls).
Bulletins
Bulletins are messages that are sent via SMS text message and in-app. Bulletins can be scheduled to be sent at a specified date and they can be given an expiry date.
