FireQ App Emergency Alerts - Multiple dispatch options
FireQ provides firefighters with critical redundancy to pagers by providing emergency alerts via text (true-type with 96% successful delivery rate), phone call, in-app notifications, and email.
And, no matter how you are dispatched, FireQ has an option to provide dispatch alerts via FireQ supports
- Direct from CAD-Supported Dispatch
- Direct from non-CAD-Supported Dispatch
- PageQ (Page, capture and relay)
- Self-dispatch (from the app and the software)
(Phone calls and text always come from the same number.)
Re-page
With a single button, firefighters can re-page an open incident if more personnel ae required. (Only firefighters who have been given the appropriate permission can do this.)
Update Incident Location
Firefighter can use the FireQ app to update incident location. Firefighters can update the location manually or use FireQ to capture and send the coordinates of their current location.
