Multiple Ways to Respond
Firefighters can signal their ability to respond to an emergency in multiple ways. They can respond using the FireQ app; they can respond directly to the text message; or they can respond the phone call (without having to dial a special number).
Colour-Coded Responders List
From the app, all firefighters can see a colour-coded responders list that shows them who is responding, what their qualifications are, and their ETS to the fire station.
