FireQ Notification Center
FireQ is a complete fire department management system that helps firefighters collect, manage and analyze data needed to run the fire department. Like the dashboard in your car that displays data the driver needs, the FireQ Notification Center acts like a dashboard and places fire department information that firefighters need in one place. It presents fire department data visually, making it easy to read and assess. Firefighters can change the appearance of the dashboard to show the data they want in the way that they want. From the FireQ Notification Center, firefighters can see fire department, statistics, recent incidents, a heat map, operational strength, members off duty, the weather and more.
Fire department stats provide a running total of the number and hours of incidents, trainings, certifications, and other activities performed by firefighters within the department. FireQ is a complete fire department software system and helps firefighters collect and mange important fire department data. Fire department stats are populated from incident reports, training records, response logs and activity trackers within FireQ.
Incident data captured by FireQ within incident reporting can be displayed in the incident heatmap, allowing firefighters to visualize the location of emergencies within their territory.
The FireQ Notification Center can also display operating strength which shows, at a glance, how many firefighters are on duty and off duty.
A chronological list of the most recent incidents responded to by the fire department can be viewed from the Notification Center.
